Purpose of the Knowledge Repository
The repository preserves both the evidence generated through delivery and the authoritative knowledge developed from it. Its role is not to accumulate content, but to maintain a governed chain from experience to organisational learning and market authority.
A complete case remains a controlled evidence record. Only after governance review and approval can selected knowledge be transformed into a case study, insight, article, research output or other publishable asset.

A case is a living evidence container developed throughout an engagement. It preserves the canonical record from the initial baseline to validated outcomes.
